📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee orientation and provide onboarding support.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in HR-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken) is a plus.
