📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that staff are trained and motivated.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage store budget and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to implement and monitor store improvement initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
  • Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or department.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
