📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Prepare and submit invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents.
• Reconcile accounts receivable, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on overdue payments and resolve issues.
• Monitor and analyze receivables data using SAP and Excel.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Provide reports and analysis to support financial decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
