📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse.
• Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Load and unload materials according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Assist in the organization and storage of inventory to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts or reach trucks.
• Valid forklift operator certification (e.g., Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) or equivalent).
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and software (e.g., WMS, TMS).
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
