📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Support talent management activities, such as performance reviews and training programs
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives, including process improvements and change management
• Assist in data analysis and reporting for HR metrics
• Support special projects and events organized by the HR department
• Maintain and update HR documentation and records
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the HR team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in HR and Organizational Development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR software and tools, such as BambooHR or Workday
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
