As our HRIS Executive, you'll work closely with our HR team to implement and optimize our HR Information System, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency. You'll be responsible for managing our employee database, payroll processing, and performance management systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Manage and maintain our employee database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Oversee payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax compliance.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct training and workshops for HR staff on the use of HRIS tools and systems.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR systems.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support the company's overall HR strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, with a strong background in HR technology.
• Certifications in HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday are a plus.
• Proven experience in managing HR processes and systems in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
