Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure cost-effective and efficient use of food resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successful kitchen management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
