In this role, you'll work closely with our finance team to prepare monthly financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts
• Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a similar role
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and SAP accounting software
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis
• Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
