📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Promote and demonstrate our products to healthcare professionals, highlighting their benefits and features.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.,Attend and participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events.,Train and mentor junior medical representatives to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare market and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field activities.
