📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee the coordination of various operational activities and projects.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance performance.,Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges promptly.,Support the management team in achieving operational goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving operational targets and objectives.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
