📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide expert advice and solutions to meet client needs and expectations.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Manage and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
