📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and supervision of team members, ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Support the Area Manager in developing and implementing operational plans and strategies.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and guidance as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for team members.,Support the Area Manager in managing budgets and financial planning for the area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate or industrial environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in the relevant field.
