📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve branch goals.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth and meet targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Represent the company at events and meetings, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets.,Familiarity with retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
