📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily branch operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Monitor and optimize logistics processes, including inventory management and order fulfillment, using SAP and other relevant software.
Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Develop and maintain detailed operational reports and dashboards for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the logistics or manufacturing sector.
Proven experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
