📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen workspace
• Assist chefs in preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met
• Stock and manage kitchen supplies, including ingredients, utensils, and equipment
• Follow food safety protocols and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Assist in maintaining a smooth workflow in the kitchen, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of meals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils
• Follow and adhere to health and safety guidelines set by the establishment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a hospitality setting
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including ingredients and equipment
