In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and maintain the performance and condition of all vehicles in the fleet.,Schedule and assign drivers and vehicles to meet operational needs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost efficiency of the fleet.,Provide support in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
