In your role as a Waitress, you'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring our guests leave satisfied. • Take and process orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system, Square.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and efficiently.
• Uphold Nibs' values of hospitality, teamwork, and sustainability in all aspects of your role.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waitress or similar hospitality role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Square, is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg) as needed.
