📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing.
• Coordinate with managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance reviews.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
• Support the HR team in maintaining compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR documents.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
