As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources activities, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations and conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related field.,Good knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other HR software.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
