📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinate with production teams to meet daily targets and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols in the production area.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision role.
  • Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using production management software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage both office and on-site responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with dental products and industry standards is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
