📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting or exceeding expectations.,Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and loyalty.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales targets.,Prepare and present regular reports on client accounts and sales performance.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of managing and growing key client relationships.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of sales and CRM software is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
