📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.,Ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service to meet customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle any kitchen emergencies or issues that may arise.,Prepare and present daily specials and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a kitchen environment.,Proven ability to manage and train kitchen staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
