📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition and comply with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, and maintain accurate records.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
