📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts.,Ensure all pastries are of high quality and meet health and safety standards.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and facilities.,Adhere to food safety and hygiene practices.,Work with the team to develop new pastry recipes and improve existing ones.,Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are stocked and used efficiently.,Assist in training new staff on pastry preparation techniques.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall culinary strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.,Passion for baking and commitment to excellence.
