Net Sky Berjaya is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in our retail operations. If you are passionate about retail and have a proven track record in sales and customer service, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.,Train and mentor retail staff to ensure consistent service quality and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products and services.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
