📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.,Create and maintain attractive and functional retail displays that highlight product features and benefits.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, display standards, and sales techniques.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase our products.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail merchandising or sales.,Strong understanding of retail display principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of the Papua region's retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
