🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a medical center or similar setting.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting principles.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
