In this role, you will be responsible for managing cash transactions, handling bank operations, and ensuring the smooth flow of financial activities within our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Handle bank operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciling bank statements.,Ensure the safekeeping and proper handling of cash and valuables.,Prepare and submit financial reports, including cash flow statements and bank reconciliation reports.,Monitor and maintain cash levels to prevent shortages or excesses.,Assist in the training and development of junior cashiers and bank staff.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.,Stay updated with the latest banking regulations and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.,Proven track record of managing cash transactions and bank operations.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office and accounting software.,Valid banking license or certification is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
