📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all cash transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies,Process payments, refunds, and other financial transactions efficiently and accurately,Maintain detailed and organized financial records, including cash receipts and bank deposits,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their financial needs and answering inquiries,Monitor cash levels and ensure adequate supplies of cash and change,Collaborate with other departments to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cash management and customer service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or financial transaction role,Strong knowledge of financial transactions, accounting principles, and cash management,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using computer software and financial systems,Familiarity with Indonesian banking and financial regulations,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
