📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources,Improve and streamline documentation processes and tools,Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to a wide audience,Conduct technical writing training and mentorship for junior writers,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software,Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
