📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor the telemarketing team, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance.,Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to achieve sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at client meetings and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and customer needs.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
