The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all import and export operations, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all import and export operations, including customs clearance, documentation, and logistics planning.,Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping solutions.,Monitor and maintain relationships with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including international trade laws and customs requirements.,Provide regular reports and updates on shipping operations, including performance metrics and cost analysis.,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs in shipping operations.,Manage and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during shipping processes.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics operations, preferably in import and export.,Strong knowledge of international trade laws, customs regulations, and shipping documentation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with shipping software and systems, such as TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
