📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software solutions at client sites.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure the smooth operation of our software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
• Document all activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

• Report on site activities and performance to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical skills in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
