📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Conduct site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all workers.,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Maintain accurate records of project activities, including time, materials, and costs.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project completion.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
