🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process development role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies
- Proficient in using CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
