📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily F&B operations across multiple Signature Market locations in Bali.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, stock control, and waste reduction strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.
• Train and supervise F&B staff, emphasizing quality control and customer service standards.
• Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food service.
• Utilize POS systems and inventory management software to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Experience with inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Valid food handler's certification is a plus.
