🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian National Curriculum (Kurikulum Nasional) and international chemistry standards.
• Experience with educational technologies, such as virtual labs, educational software, and multimedia tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and effectively manage time and resources.
• Passion for chemistry and a commitment to fostering a love for the subject in students.
